These general terms and conditions govern the terms and conditions of the ‘Style Coaching™’ consulting service provided by Aniela-Maria Codita, VAT number 03001900996, to individual and corporate clients. The Style Coaching™ service consists of the provision of personal counselling services aimed at developing and bringing out an individual's potential, both personal and professional. The client acknowledges and recognises that the Style Coaching™ service does not guarantee the achievement of the results or objectives that the client has set for himself/herself, but constitutes solely a consultancy and support service for the client in assessing, developing and maximising his/her personal resources. The Style Coach™ cannot therefore be held responsible in any way for any failure to achieve the objectives the client has set with the Style Coaching™ service or for any consequences, of any nature or kind, deriving for the client from any decisions developed during the Style Coaching™ service. The service is provided to the client by Mrs Aniela-Maria Codita, VAT number 03001900996. The website www.anielacodita.com is owned by Aniela-Maria Codita, and will be referred to as the SELLER.
Accessing this website, including visiting and purchasing digital products and services on www.anielacodita.com, the customer accepts these terms and conditions and agrees to abide by them each time he/she accesses the site. The customer is advised to read the entire Terms and Conditions page carefully before placing an order. The Seller, Aniela-Maria Codita, reserves the right to change these provisions at any time without prior notice to the customer. The customer has permanent access to the most recent version that can be found by accessing this page, called ‘Terms and Conditions’.
The Vendor grants users limited access for personal interest (online orders, information) to the website www.anielacodita.com and does not give them the right to download or modify the site in part or in full, to reproduce the site in part or in full, to copy, sell / resell or exploit the site in any other way, for commercial purposes or contrary to the interests of the Vendor without its prior written consent.
The right to create a web link to www.anielacodita.com is limited, non-exclusive and revocable, and is granted on condition that it does not cause any inconvenience to the Seller, only after obtaining the Seller's consent in writing or by e-mail.
2. Payment details
Payments must be made online, via PayPal (Email: aniela.codita@gmail.com) or bank transfer (IBAN: IT85I36772223000EM001588447).
In the case of consultancy services, payment must be made in advance no later than the date of service provision. In the case of digital products, payment shall be made prior to accessing the materials. The Vendor reserves the right not to start the Style Coaching™ service if the customer has not received payment within this deadline. Payments are non-refundable. An invoice shall be issued upon receipt of the agreed payment. There is a 14-day period within which it is possible to request cancellation of services and return of their value if the services have not been performed and the cancellation takes place at least 48 hours before an appointment.
In the event of the premature termination of the Style Coaching™ service or the termination of this contract for any reason whatsoever, the amount paid shall not be refunded. The Seller reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to start or not to continue the Style Coaching™ activity that it finds unpalatable. Should the decision to terminate the agreement be its own, the Vendor undertakes to notify the customer in writing and to return part of the amount paid, calculating the time for providing the unused service.
All payments must be made in Euro (€).
3. Service details
All services can be offered both online and offline.
In the case of online services, the client may be asked to send a set of photos and other information by e-mail. The client is solely responsible for the quality of the photos and is aware that this can contribute greatly to the outcome of the consultation.
Once an appointment has been booked, any changes to the date and time must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. The date and time of the appointment can only be changed once by the client.
The images and links used in the materials sent to the customer are the property of third parties, such as online shops, etc. They are intended to illustrate in a clear and effective manner the advice and recommendations offered at the customer's request, and the Seller does not assume copyright in them, nor responsibility for any variations in colour, size, availability, etc. that they may present.
Payment represents the client's consent to these conditions.
Aniela-Maria Codita, VAT number 03001900996, carries out consultancy activities.
4. Copyright
The entire content of the www.anielacodita.com website - images, text, graphics, symbols, web graphics, e-mails, scripts, programs and other data - is the property of Aniela-Maria Codita, VAT no. 03001900996, and is protected by the Copyright Law (Law no. 8/1996) and the laws on intellectual and industrial property. The use of any of the above items without the seller's consent is punishable under the laws in force. The use of www.anielacodita.com is only permitted within the limits set out in this document.
5. Privacy policy
By registering as a member of the site, booking an appointment or placing an order, and being aware of the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, the customer and/or subscriber consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of managing their membership to the site and/or the sale and purchase contract concluded when placing an order and with the receipt of any communication from the Seller for the purpose of carrying out communication and e-mail marketing activities. The Agreement for the processing of personal data is also provided for the termination of the subscription and/or the purchase agreement for the purpose of communicating certain offers by e-mail.
The customer and/or member, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Processing Act, has the right to access, oppose and interfere with the data and may exercise these rights by contacting the Seller. The customer and/or member has been informed that their personal data may be transmitted to third parties, competent authorities and/or central, local public authorities, in accordance with the law, at their legitimate request.
The Seller informs the Customer and/or the subscriber that it conducts its business in accordance with the provisions of the Law for the Protection of Persons with Respect to the Processing of their Personal Data and their Free Movement and in accordance with Decision No. 200 of 14 December 2015 on the determination of cases of processing of personal data for which disclosure is not required, as well as for the amendment and repeal of certain decisions.

I strictly respect the confidentiality of my clients' data and undertake not to pass on their personal data to third parties and to use them exclusively for the purpose for which they were entered (preparation of support materials for consultations) and for commercial information on this activity.

In order to be able to provide consulting services under the best conditions, I need the following information about my clients: first name, last name, e-mail address and telephone number. In addition, depending on the request, I may ask clients to send me one or more photos via e-mail, Telegram or WhatsApp.
The requested information will be used to prepare the necessary materials for consultations and to inform customers about any changes in the functioning of the website. I may also obtain information on the number of users of the website or information that may help me to improve or develop it. The legal basis for such processing operations is the consent of the data subject, insofar as such consent has been granted by the data subject via the Consent Form;
- in order to ensure accounting, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. The legal basis for these processing operations is the fulfilment of the legal obligations of Aniela-Maria Codita, VAT number 03001900996. If the recipient does not provide such data, Aniela-Maria Codita, VAT number 03001900996, will not be able to fulfil its legal accounting obligations.
3. Transfer of personal data
In the processing operations carried out for the above-mentioned purposes, the Participant's Personal Data will be transferred to the following third parties as follows

b) to external consultants, lawyers, etc. in order to resolve any preliminary / litigation situations;
c) to public institutions and authorities (e.g. fraud investigation authorities, police, courts, etc.), if any, in order to exercise and/or defend any legal rights and interests of Aniela-Maria Codita, VAT number 03001900996.
4. The period of retention of personal data
Personal data of the subject will only be retained for the duration and to the extent necessary to achieve the above purposes or if there is a legal obligation to do so. For the processing of Personal Data where the consent of the data subject is required, the Personal Data will be processed and retained until the date of such consent.
If the data subject is inactive for a period longer than 6 months from the date of the last online purchase from Aniela-Maria Codita, the Personal Data will be deleted.

Right to restriction of processing: the Participant's right to obtain from Aniela-Maria Codita, the restriction of the processing of Personal Data in any of the following situations under the GDPR (i) The Participant disputes the accuracy of the data processed by Aniela-Maria Codita; (ii) The processing of Personal Data by Aniela-Maria Codita , is unlawful and the Participant does not wish to delete the Personal Data, but requests that Aniela-Maria Codita, be prohibited from using it; (iii) Aniela-Maria Codita, no longer requires Personal Data, but the Participant requests that they find, exercise or defend a right in court; (iv) The Participant objects to the processing.
If the Participant has been granted a Limitation of Processing, the Participant will subsequently be informed by Aniela-Maria Codita, before the limitation of processing is lifted.
The right to data portability: the Participant's right to receive from Aniela-Maria Codita, the personal data concerning him/her that he/she has provided to the operator in a structured, commonly used, readable data format and forwarded to another operator when technical means permit. The Participant may only exercise this right when the processing is based on the Participant's consent or when the processing is carried out by automated means.
Right of objection: the Participant's right to object to processing by Aniela-Maria Codita, based on his or her particular circumstances, on the basis of his or her legitimate interest.
The Participant's right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling (any automated processing that uses personal data to evaluate certain aspects of the Participant, such as the Participant's procurement history, etc.). with legal effects on the Participant or which similarly affect the Participant to a significant extent.

The 30-day response period may be extended by two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, in accordance with GDPR regulations.

9. Final provisions
Any dispute that may arise between the parties concerning the interpretation and application of this agreement shall be settled - in the cases permitted by law - by a board of arbitrators consisting of three members, the first two appointed by the disputing parties within thirty days of receipt of the registered letter containing the terms of the dispute, and the third arbitrator, acting as chairman, by agreement between the arbitrators so elected. In the absence of agreement, the third arbitrator will be appointed by the President of the Court of Genoa, who will also appoint the arbitrator for the party that has not done so within the above terms. The Board of Arbitrators will decide without any procedural formalities that are not strictly required by law, irrevocably as an amicable composer, since the appointment entrusted to them must be understood as an irrevocable appointment of informal arbitrators and as such they are obliged to conclude the agreement in the name and on behalf of the parties within a maximum term that the parties determine as of now as 6 (six) months from the conferment of the appointment. All court costs shall be borne by the unsuccessful party. If within the aforementioned term of 6 (six) months the appointed arbitrators have not reached an agreement, the same arbitrators shall be obliged, as - from the same term - ritual arbitrators, to initiate and conclude arbitration proceedings in the form and manner provided for by the code of civil procedure.
